Experienced Professional
With 13+ years of experience in Human Resources there are many qualities that I can bring to your team. Most importantly is my passion to ensure a safe workplace for all employees through effective Employee Engagement. Seeing an employee feel valued, heard, and appreciated allows me to work with them on their career progression and aspirations.
Most recently I have spent a number of years working in a difficult environment, earning trust with key stakeholders in our community and building relationships. I have been involved in creating PR and Communication Plans for the renewable resource sector.
